A three-judge federal appeals court in Georgia has rejected an administration request for permission to keep releasing illegal migrants into Americans’ society via the parole pathway.

The rejection is a win for Florida’s Attorney General — Ashley Moody — because it narrows the parole gateway that President Joe Biden’s pro-migration border chief is using to let poor economic migrants compete against Americans for jobs, housing, and school attention.

Illegal aliens released into the United States interior are costing American taxpayers, and the public hospitals they help fund, billions in unpaid medical bills every year, a report from Republicans on the House Homeland Security Committee details.

The report, wherein Chairman Mark Green (R-TN) notes the failures of President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, revealed the extent to which illegal immigration wreaks havoc on the nation’s hospitals intended to provide first-class care for Americans and legal immigrants.

“Hospital and emergency room care for illegal aliens is one of the most significant expenses,” the report states, mentioning that illegal aliens typically have no form of health insurance and therefore rely especially on emergency room services for free care.

In Florida, for Fiscal Year 2021, illegal aliens cost state hospitals about $312 million. Meanwhile, in Illinois, a statewide healthcare benefits program for illegal aliens has ballooned from a projected $2 to $4 million cost to what has now become a $1.1 billion program for taxpayers.

Locally, in Yuma, Arizona, executives with the Yuma Regional Medical Center said that in just one year, taxpayers were left with $26 million in unpaid medical bills from illegal aliens who showed up to the hospital requesting free care.

‘First Step Act’ Helps Illegal Alien Terrorist Financier Get Freed Early from Prison

An illegal alien, convicted in 2002 of providing material support to the Islamic terrorist group known as Hezbollah, secured early “compassionate release” from federal prison thanks to the “First Step Act” — approved in 2018 by the then-Republican-controlled Congress and signed into law by former President Donald Trump.

In June 2002, Mohamad Youssef Hammoud was convicted of providing material support to Hezbollah as well as a number of other criminal charges, such as money laundering, cigarette smuggling, racketeering, and immigration fraud. One of Hammoud’s brothers, Chawki Hammoud, was also convicted in the case.

According to prosecutors, Hammoud led an Islamic terrorist cell in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, from 1996 to 2000, where he and 22 of his associates purchased, transported, and sold contraband cigarettes in exchange for more than $8 million. A portion of the funds, prosecutors said, were given to Hezbollah in his native Lebanon.

Texas Heatwave Claims Lives of 2 Migrant Border Crossers

EAGLE PASS, Texas — The ongoing heatwave impacting South Texas has claimed the lives of two migrants since Saturday, according to a source within Customs and Border Protection. Temperatures in the border city of Eagle Pass remained at or above 110 degrees Fahrenheit for nearly six consecutive days. The source revealed that two deceased migrants were located just north of the Texas border.

One of the deceased migrants was preliminarily identified as a 25-year-old Mexican national. The other, according to the source, remains unidentified. Both decedents were transported to a funeral home in Eagle Pass. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death, but officials believe the extreme heat is the likely cause.
