You also have Democrats like Fetterman, Pritzker, Eric Adams, and Dean Phillips saying there is a problem. However, you have the Supreme Court that ruled against a state trying to protect its border.

Supreme Courts job is not to have an opinion on if it's a problem or not. Its job is to interpret the constitution as written.

Texas Gov Greg Abbott has a ton of public support from both Republicans and Democrats to openly defy Joe Biden and the US Supreme Court.

If Joe Biden does nothing, it looks like the weak President that he is. If Joe Biden sends in the FBI and massive numbers of Federal agents, he looks like he is trying to open the borders and assist an illegal invasion ... during an election year.

There is no winning move here for Joe Biden.
