According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, between 2011 and 2023, “297,000 illegal aliens were charged with more than 509,000 criminal offenses.”


Those included “940 homicide charges; 64,127 assault charges; 9,246 burglary charges; 59,936 drug charges; 1128 kidnapping charges; 25,441 theft charges; 39,694 obstructing police charges; 2,912 robbery charges; 6,422 sexual assault charges; 7,410 sexual offense charges; and 6,193 weapon charges.”

BREAKING: 25 Republican governors released the following joint statement in support of Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and Texas’ constitutional right to self-defense.

“President Biden and his Administration have left Americans and our country completely vulnerable to unprecedented illegal immigration pouring across the Southern border. Instead of upholding the rule of law and securing the border, the Biden Administration has attacked and sued Texas for stepping up to protect American citizens from historic levels of illegal immigrants, deadly drugs like fentanyl, and terrorists entering our country.

“We stand in solidarity with our fellow Governor, Greg Abbott, and the State of Texas in utilizing every tool and strategy, including razor wire fences, to secure the border. We do it in part because the Biden Administration is refusing to enforce immigration laws already on the books and is illegally allowing mass parole across America of migrants who entered our country illegally.

“The authors of the U.S. Constitution made clear that in times like this, states have a right of self-defense, under Article 4, Section 4 and Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3 of the U.S. Constitution. Because the Biden Administration has abdicated its constitutional compact duties to the states, Texas has every legal justification to protect the sovereignty of our states and our nation.”

The Biden Regime is demanding that Texas Gov. Greg Abbott abandon Shelby Park by TOMORROW. But there’s no reason for any sort of violent confrontation. We can win this battle with cameras - not guns.

The optics would be disastrous if Biden’s Feds cut down the wire to enable the invasion. If the Feds are dumb enough to take the PR nightmare bait and cut the fencing, then Texas has the right to repair and install new fencing. There is nothing in the two sentence ruling from SCOTUS which prohibits Texas from installing new fencing or patching damaged sections. This is not a civil war. This is a psychological information war, so have cameras and repair crews standing by. Thanks to Governor Abbott’s resolve, and the support of 16 other governors, we are already winning this standoff.

NOTE: Biden, as President, has the authority to federalize National Guard units, bringing them under the control of the federal government.

NOTE: However, this is typically done in specific circumstances and with legal justifications, such as responding to a national emergency or protecting federal interests.

NOTE: Abbott could claim that he’s trying to protect American interests from illegal immigration.

Republicans had plenty of opportunity for two years under Trump to pass legislation or real plans to address the border. They could make such proposals now.

But they did not then, and do not now, because it's a wedge issue they can run on. Face facts. The GOP has no intention of any substantive fix to the border problems.

False. Trump has called Republican Senators in the last few days to urge them NOT to reach a deal on border security for fear it will help Biden.

Trump's main claim right now is the perception that he can fix it, Biden can't. Trump is actively thwarting a solution for his own purposes.

The GOP also had the opportunity to repeal Obamacare and didn't. They just want to run on the issue, but not actually do anything. Nutless losers are the only opposition to your destructive communists hellbent on destroying our country. It's annoying to say the least.

What else is new--every politician up there is thinking only of themselves and could care less about the country. Their self centered arrogance is going to be the end of us all. It seems that no one is paying attention to the war drums beating in Europe and the Middle East. In my humble opinion the world is in its greatest danger since the Cuban Missile Crisis and the great mis-understanding by Russian intelligence in the early 1980s.
