Reason.com has some good info, but they’re just a biased publication like anyone else. They, like you, are agenda driven and stick to it.
The point is these people (who are passing through a country they can claim asylum, so they’re asylum claim here is bogus) will cost more than troops on the border. The best thing we can do, which won’t happen, is repel them. Thus, you can quit your crying.
So why do you make such a big deal about them? It's cause you haven't got anything to say or contribute, except for made up facts like this one ^
No, they're saying it's not a national defense problem because the pentagon said it's not a "threat".
Pentagon Reportedly Admits Migrant Caravan Doesn't Pose Threat, Might Still Spend $220 Million to Stop It
If someone on here just regurgitated every single Fox News piece that came out without question, you would call them out for it. When our liberal posters regurgitate everything from liberal rags conservatives call them out for it (you never do, you only stick it to the Fox News folks). When you blindly regurgitate everything from reason.com, I call you out for it. Just doing my duty.
What made up fact?
You’ve been doing it for years. That’s another favorite of yours. Always act like something the the first times it’s happened every time it happens. The one I bolded.
The irony here is I didn't just regurgitate a Reason.com line. I actually made a completely different point (about debt) than what the article makes, so the entire premise for your attack is bogus.
I believe you missed the point of my comment. So having communist/ socialist counties near us would have prevented illegal immigration to the US ? The only thing that prevents people from leaving their country to go to another is either their home country is prosperous and running well or threats of death if they get caught ( this doesn’t even stop it ) . so lets go down the list of prosperous communist / socialist countries that Honduras would have modeled their country after to convince their people to want to stay there and not mass migrate to the US......Crickets .
US troops install Razor Wire over the Rio Grande causing tensions in neighboring towns as aid arrives in Mexico City for the slow-moving caravan still weeks away from reaching the border
Active-duty military troops have been sent to the US-Mexico border to install coils of razor wire on a bridge of the Rio Grande as the migrant caravan slowly nears toward the US.
'I saw that beautiful barbed wire going up,' Trump said at a Saturday campaign rally in Montana. 'Beautiful sight.'

'It's all preparation in anticipation of the caravan,' said Manuel Padilla Jr., the Border Patrol's Rio Grande Valley sector chief. 'We're hoping that these people do not show up at the border. They're not going to be allowed in.

We have plenty right now that are here undocumented. How many more we going to pile in?I have never once said there should be no process. I have never once said just let everyone in with no questions. I'd much rather undocumented migrants be registered and given citizenship so they can contribute beyond sales tax. Somebody has to pay for Trump's massive increases to the deficit.
I'll take the "I'm scared" Republican stance. Would you rather not have those entering the country documented, accounted for, paying taxes, and in the system?
I've known plenty of undocumented migrants, and they are good people trying to help their families. Our anecdotal experiences don't really matter though.
It’s a cut off your nose to spite your face proposition. We are expected by the left to accept everyone, pay more to accept everyone, deny there is a huge cost to hosting illegals, then raise taxes to pay for HS to deal with the problem.Probably all of them.
