There are no objective truths? Wouldn't that statement be an objective truth? One can still believe in tautologies, math, and logic. It has only had a scant effect on even higher education. It is more known in literary, film, art, and architecture. Those in the science, philosophy, poli sci areas really have no use for it, as it tends to undermine rational, critical discussion, and finding solutions.

There's not as big of a correlation between $'s and happiness as some of you try to delude yourselves into believing.
The past week on the beach with 20 loved ones was priceless: but I must admit, the 2 beach houses (one with a pool) didn't hurt.

I agree completely, but it is an underlying philosophy its been applied to our social constructs, a man can choose to be a woman though all evidence points otherwise. If we we challenge him on it, we are attacked.

Postmodernism has spread like a cancer, it shouldn't have no place in math or science but it's trying to enter it.

Maybe it's the adult "education" we are receiving outside of schools that should be looked into.

I know there are many schools teaching situational ethics, with many teachers denouncing the Bible and it's teachings. When a parent then shares these teachings with their children (or grandchildren, or neighbor's children) at a minimum the child is then conflicted. Should the parent then destroy the teachers reputation with that child? Too many teachers don't seem to be willing to do the same.

I have kids in elementary school and they're definitely not teaching them "post modern" philosophy, or that there are no objective truths. They even still say the pledge of allegiance every day.

I also find it almost ridiculous to think that more than a few % of actual credentialed philosophy professors are teaching that there are no objective truths, as there was a philpapers survey from a couple years ago where >70% of them affirmed belief in objective moral truths; I would think that other kinds of truths would be much less controversial than morality.

If you really want to lower crime, allow elementary schools to have Bible lessons. Teach right and wrong, teach biblical faith. Tell these kids they are more than some evolutionary random act.
