Missouri coming to the East Division

Could not have worked out better. Take Mizzou in the east over the Barn any day. But don't get comfortable with it. If they add two from the east for the 2013 or 2014 season they will probably move Mizzou to the west.

Mizzou has had a better football program than Tennessee the last 5 or 6 years.Folks saying theyre weak and a poor addition to the SEC i think are misunderstood in their perception of Missouri they could beat Tenn. this year for sure and probaly will next year.Anyway its good to get a border state rivarly going,Bring on the Tigers!

I imagine it's coming soon but I'm not sure I fully buy it happening just yet

There's still alot of outside variables that need to be taken care of or solve themselves first - the big east invites and the presumed (if Boise is coming for football) finalization of an agreement to create divisions, the ruling regarding the WVU v the big east case (more than likely they're going to allow wvu to leave, just with a much heightened fee), among others

I think it's coming soon, but since their buyout amount (and several possible legal matters) relate to a whole lot of other things coming to completion....just dont feel all that confident it happens quite yet (I think mainly the court case has to be settled first)

Adding Mizzou to the schedule next season may indeed hurt Dooleys chances of a 7 - 8 win season next year.

Good Move. This lets the conference set up Mizz-A&M as each others rivalry game and everyone else keeps theirs as is.

If we play 8 conference games next year please let us dump Arky & pick up MSU !

Mizz-a&m would work or just simply switching up to make Mizz-arky and USCe-aTm

This should shuffle up the SEC schedule quite a bit too to make room for other games. I would request moving Vandy or Kentucky to early in the year and move Florida or Georgia to November.

So we are either most likely going to lose Mississippi state or Arkansas from the schedule

NC State
GA State
Fla
Akron
@UGA
bye
@MSU
Bama
@S.Car
Troy
Ark
@Vandy
UK

I really think taking Arkansas out gives us a chance for 9 or possibly 10 wins

What's the word? Is an extra conference game likely or are we going to get rid of one western opponent?

Assuming the running game improves and there aren't any catastrophic injuries like this year, I see 9+ wins easily.

Hell yea. Thas awesome news for the vols. They are going to be better than Vandy and UK but won't make any noise in the East race year in and year out.

Huh? Hate to tell you but Tennessee is currently in last place in the SECE.

I highly doubt the conference will play 9 SEC games. It will decrease the chances of a team to go undefeated and make the title game. Do any other conferences have 9 conference games?

Sorry we haven't had the opportunity to play Ole Miss this year, unlike UK with their third string Fr. QB.

I really wouldn't come talking crap on a board to a team that has beaten you 25 plus years. I can't tell you how embarrassing that streak is. It's pathetic in so many ways.
