Lots of factors in that game. The weather didn't help. D holding didn't help. The team didn't react to the noise as well as I thought they would. Take all of the things that should/could have been neutral but weren't... and put an excellent opponent on top of it. You get what we got.

That was one of the risks they took. Most of us have been in locker rooms when coaches talked about doing things that weren't being called. They likely coached their guys to "play physical" willing to take D holding or PI calls over what Bama got.

The conspiracy theorist in me... kind of suspects that "let them play" probably came down from the SEC offices.

Darnell Wright was able to contain Jalen Carter when his assignment was on him but he wrecked the interior of the line on most other plays. Ohio State was able to score so much because they stalemated UGA's DLine some (on top of their WRs beating their DBs one on one) as well as doing those rollout plays to buy time.

Just need a bit more talent which we’re getting little by little. 23’ class was a good step in the right direction and 24’ looks like a massive step forward. Can’t wait!

The magic scheme Georgia had was talent. You can wreck the O line rushing 5 while dropping everyone when your defense is much more talented and saturated with elite NFL talent than what you’re facing on the other side of the ball. Tennessee is getting there though and that won’t be an issue

Correct...that is especially the case at the LOS...that's why recruits like Nwaneri and Warren are a much bigger want/need in my mind than someone like Jefferson

I have heard something could go down in next 10-14 days. OU, TN and Mizzou have best chance imo. UGA seems to have faded here based off people I’ve spoken with.

I'm sure Mizzou is offering a helluva NIL deal and the whole stay home idea, on top of him being the face of their class. I'm hoping Garner and staff being straight up with him from the beginning wins him over.

I think OSU's very deep rollouts were a result of OSU studying our game. They had the advantage of playing after us, playing on a neutral field, and no downpour. But, yeah.
