'24 MO DL Williams Nwaneri (Mizzou commit)

If he’s looking to make a decision soon then surely it isn’t OU?? There’s probably a 50/50 chance that Venables is coaching them next year. If I were genuinely interested in them I would wait to see what shakes out.

True. But things have changed this week. He might go 12-2 and still step down. It’s definitely a volatile coaching situation.
Maybe. They’re the one team I’ve heard constantly for him. They can counter Missouri’s NIL offer if they want. I don’t see us paying that kind of offer. I do think just the position at Tennessee is appealing though.

I most definitely see us paying that if the kid is interested in more than nil. If he wants to come to the school for the development but also a nice pay day spyre will most definitely pay up.

See Maugoa or however you spell his name from last year. I think we have a line we won’t cross. I do think Tennessee will pay good money but not dumb money unless it’s a qb

Well yeah Tennessee ain’t gonna pay 8 figures for someone. But if the money doesn’t get absolutely unbelievably stupid than they will, I don’t think Nwaneri is all nil though

Mizzou signs one stud instate recruit every 5 years or so. I'd still be shocked if MO does win this, but it isn't like it hasn't happened before. Green-Beckham, Terry Beckner, and recently Luther Burden come to mind. edit: forgot about Blaine Gabbert.
