Call me a homer but wingo dude has unofficially visited 5 times and we get his last official. Most of the CBS made off the back of who he just officially visited. On top of all this mizzou almost certainly will be bad and he’s waiting till November.

Basically allows Missouri residents that sign with Missouri to be able to receive NIL as soon as they sign with the school.

So Williams could start receiving NIL in December after ESD even though he wont enroll until the summertime for example.

Personally, it's not a gamechanger IMO. So you can receive NIL 6 months earlier, big deal. If he goes to Mizzou it won't be so he can get paid earlier, could be they outbidded everyone else.

Pretty sure it's when they sign. Don't think their collective would be in the business of dishing out money with no "guarantee" of that player playing for their school. But it is Missouri lol.
