Mollie Tibbetts murder suspect arrested

Here and there.. I guess I should say a proper wall, the way it has been described, is not worth it. An effective barrier, if that is the aim, would have more in common with a fence, but that's just semantics. In my opinion, the best option for the money would be additional investement in border patrol.

Hundreds of mourners gather for the funeral of Mollie Tibbetts, 20, at the Iowa high school she attended and hear her father deliver a powerful eulogy one week after her body was discovered stabbed to death

Several hundred people are attending a memorial service for 20-year-old Mollie Tibbetts Sunday - less than a week after her body was found in a cornfield outside her small hometown in Iowa.

The funeral for the University of Iowa student is being held Sunday afternoon in the gymnasium of BGM High School, where Mollie graduated from in 2017.

Family, friends and residents of her hometown Brooklyn - a city of just 1,500 - are paying their respects after a month-long search ended in tragedy.

Bishop Thomas Zinkula of Davenport, Iowa, planned to lead the funeral while Mollie's father, cousin and one of her teachers planned to speak at the service.

Cristhian Bahena Rivera, 24, has been charged with first-degree murder after leading police to her lifeless body that had been left stabbed to death since her July 18 disappearance.

Remember when your boy Obama was using kids as props.

remind us? Sandy Hook? Most sane people were pleading for more gun control. A nation grieved....he had that conversation after every mass killing spree. But of course it was deemed to early to talk about gun control.

Mollie Tibbetts' killer ditches his lawyer who slammed Trump and insisted the 24-year-old Mexican migrant was in the US legally

Cristhian Bahena Rivera, the 24-year-old Mexican migrant who confessed to killing University of Iowa student Mollie Tibbetts, has fired his lawyer who defended him against President Trump's claims he was in the US illegally.

Two new lawyers are expected to replace attorney Allan Richards, who called President Trump 'sad and sorry' last week for publicly stating Rivera 'came in from Mexico illegally' and renewing his call for stronger border security.

Attorneys Chad and Jennifer Frese filed paperwork Sunday to represent Rivera, however Richards says the family hired him and he hasn't spoken with his client about being replaced.

Rivera faces first-degree murder charges after leading police to Mollie Tibbetts' lifeless body last week that had been left stabbed to death since her July 18 disappearance.

No, the funny thing is you're the one that went grammar Nazi and so easily got thumped.
You’ll still dress up and dance when told to die so. I’d rather be ridiculed over a spelling than be a puppet on a string. At least your meme had the correct welp.

Attorney in Mollie Tibbetts Murder Trial: Illegal Alien Has ‘Constitutional Right’ to Taxpayer Funding

The defense attorneys representing the illegal alien accused of murdering 20-year-old Mollie Tibbetts say it is the foreign national’s “constitutional right” to receive American taxpayer funding to fight the murder charges against him.

As Breitbart News reported this week, 24-year-old illegal alien Cristhian Bahena-Rivera has been given $5,000 in U.S. taxpayer dollars to hire an independent investigative team to fight the murder charges against him.

Bahena-Rivera’s defense attorneys argued in court, as noted by KCRG, that the illegal alien has a “constitutional right to a full and complete defense and equal protection under the law” and therefore is entitled to the $5,000 in taxpayer funding to fight the murder charges.

The illegal alien was previously represented by Allan Richards but dropped him less than a month into the charges. Now, Bahena-Rivera has hired Chad Frese and Jennifer Frese, a married couple that practice law together.

He does have that right. Our constitution gives it to him. There is a reason it at times says person instead of citizen.
