The illegal alien accused of murdering 20-year-old college student Mollie Tibbetts in Brooklyn, Iowa, has been granted $3,200 in state taxpayer funds for an expert witness in the upcoming murder trial.

In August 2018, Cristhian Bahena-Rivera, an illegal alien from Mexico, was charged with Tibbetts’ murder after police said he admitted to confronting and chasing down the young woman. Tibbetts’ body was found in a cornfield in Poweshiek County after a statewide search for her. The illegal alien lived in a region of Iowa that was surrounded by sanctuary cities, as Breitbart News noted, and worked on a dairy farm using a stolen ID and Social Security card after allegedly crossing the U.S.-Mexico border as a child.

When you start putting qualifiers on what type of judicial approach someone should receive, you open the door to the case that rich people should be given lighter sentences, that frat boys will be boys, and that some people shouldn't receive the full protection of the law because they had it coming.

Just stop. Lady justice isnt blind. Nor should she be. This person is in this country illegally. That means, by default, he gets no benefits of our lady justice. There is nothing humane or civilized about letting this person use taxpayer funds to defend himself. He should have to fund it himself. If he cannot afford it, then tough. Defend yourself. I love you using the Christian way. Christians are about the only group left that can be walked on, used, abused, trashed and bashed with impunity. If you are a Christian, oh well you have to be perfect and blah, blah, blah.

The justice system is not fair at all. And those in this country illegally, should not be granted the benefits of those in here legally.
