Most Dangerous Play I've Ever Seen

I know, it's jawing, name calling, and helmet swinging. These freaking guys hit each other with their helmets for crying out loud. Snowflakes have taken over the gladiators.

Lol....you people are all over the place.

You got drama queens in here lamenting at how they don't watch the NFL because of "stuff like this" and talking about how awful the NFL is apparently, and on the other spectrum you're spouting that "snowflakes" have taken over the league.

JFC.

I don't watch the National Felons League anymore. Seeing this horrific incident renews my resolve. Didn't Garrett attend A&M?

Of ffs quit being a damn drama queen. Talk about snowflake.

Also thanks for making sure everyone knows how offended you are; I mean I know I always start spouting how much I DON'T watch something and make sure everyone knows it. ROFL.

Just appalling - this should be a football death penalty with legal implications. Don't expect much from the NFL, might peeve the social justice agenda. I am so close to being done with the NFL and the drama.

You do realize this crap doesn't happen in a vacuum--lots of jawing, name calling, etc, right?
You referring to the three other plays where Browns players went helmet to helmet with Steelers resulting in concussions for all three and knocking them out of the game? Or that Rudolph has already missed time this season with a concussion?

I'm guessing the NFL comes down hard on Garrett. They'll want a response that says they care about player safety and the image of the league.

They gave Haynesworth 5 games for the head stomp I think. This might be a remainder of season suspension. They're having a hard enough time trying to keep players from using helmets on tackles. They don't need them literally using them as weapons.

Garrett- Should be gone for the rest of the season and should face criminal charges. Yes it's football but crossing that line can kill someone.

Pouncey- Will be suspended 2 or 3 games. With that said I LOVE his reaction right or wrong because he was protecting his teammate.

Rudolph- Will be fined for his actions. Very lucky he didn't get seriously injured. Didn't he already have a concussion earlier in the season??

It sucks for the Browns fans because it takes away from a good win over your bitter rival and another solid prime time showing for Mayfield. Garrett is a NFL punk. If the game was in Pitt he would have never made it to the team bus.

I’m saying what Garrett did is right but is Rudolph is coming after him in a attacking manner after his helmet got taking off. All Rudolph had to do is walk away since 2 of his OL had it taken care of.

Watch Mason finish the season as the best QB in the league and thank Myles Garrett for fixing his cognitive problems. He was thinking too much and throwing too many picks. No longer!

Am i the only one that saw Rudolph kick him in the nuts? I stand with Garrett on this one.View attachment 238452
Garrett has every right to defend himself
He kicked him in the nut then grabbed his nuts why defend that trash

In the first shot he's currently being pulled up by his face mask. Watching it live he isn't kicking him, he's leveraging his leg against MG.

In the second unless Rudolph has a rare second joint in his forearm his hand is not at junk level and watching the replay shows no nut grabbing.

Defending yourself? Oh lord that's hilarious.

Rudolph shouldn't have laid his hands on MG's head gear after being driven (illegally) to the ground but that's it for Rudolph's bad actions in this scenario.

One reason I think Pouncey gets at least 2 is I think the Browns/Steelers play again in 2 - NFL probably wants to keep Pouncey out for that as a preemptive move to more craziness.

Given how Rudolph has played this year, I'm not sure any attorney could win the argument that is was an assault with a deadly weapon.
