anytime coming back from an injury like an acl tear, it can take some time to mentally get prepared to play again. just because adrian peterson made it look easy doesnt mean that it is easy. case in point, d. rose for the bulls has missed an entire year. youd think you could cut a guy some slack coming off of a knee injury

The NFL teams that know what we know and watch his film from the 2010 season, will be laughing their butts off at all the teams who didn't draft him early... he'll be a solid playmaker in the league. Book it.

I agree. Funny all the folks who were heaping praise on him going into the season have since turned on him and talk like he's suddenly dog food.

Coming off an ACL injury is not an easy thing to do. A lot of athletes are off their game the first year back. Kenny Britt had a whole year to get healthy and didn't even see the field until mid year or so, and even then you'd never know he was playing. I don't think he's washed up. It just takes time for them to get their confidence back and shake off the rust in a game environment.

I think CP will have an amazing NFL career, regardless of any setbacks or obstacles he may have to overcome. We have such issues, regardless of what they may be. Lord knows I do!
