Jurassic Park 4.5/5

Still a fantastic film. I wish I could go back and see again for the first time.

The Lost World: Jurassic Park - 3.5/5

Never been a big fan of this one but there really are some great scenes with the two T-rex. That IMO are some if the best in the franchise. When they attack the trailer and the waterfall scene and my favorite when it sticks it's head in the tent.

I tried watching the Lincoln Lawyer show, but it wasn't really my vibe. I was wondering why somebody seemingly from Spain was an American lawyer?....so I switched my stream over to the Interceptor Netflix movie, and the main character is a nuclear expert in the American military, but because her Dad was stationed in Spain while she was growing up, she can barely speak English? WTF is going on?

Mission Impossible - 7/10
M:I 2 - 5/10

I've never watched any of these movies. Going to go through them all. Hard to rate since I have no nostalgia for them. First one was enjoyable with some fun twists. The second one was not nearly as good. The love story was super cringe and nothing really made any sense.

I've never seen them either. I do remember watching reruns of the tv series as a kid.

I think you rate them about right, regardless of nostalgia. Maybe give 1 8/10 because it holds up surprisingly well 25+ years after the fact. 2 was garbage even then. It was trying too hard to be hip and stylistic, and that's not really the spirit of MI.

I'm a fan. 2 was the worst of them all, but I still liked it. After 2 they get better with each one in my opinion.

I loved the Bryce Dallas Howard homage to Fay Wray from 1933's King Kong after she leads the TRex to the Indominus.

the big Indian blockbuster. Its over three hours long but it is just ridiculous good fun. Very entertaining. So over the top. Its on Netflix. I enjoyed it more than a lot of superhero movies honestly.
