He also had a completely different QB. Heupel is at the very worst a top 3 offensive mind in football.
Which is of course why he needs your expertise concerning his "completely different QB".
There’s always room for improvement though. Also I’m not telling you what he should do. I’m simply telling you what will happen.
Ah, glad you cleared that up... ever heard of a distinction without a difference? Do you really not see that posts like this one and the earlier one are why most people laugh at you? You come off as an arrogant, know it all... while actually not knowing very much at all.
Once we have an actual NFL caliber QB
Well... thanks for proving my point.
with first round WRs and NFL caliber RBs our offense will evolve to something more than what it currently is.
If you mean that Heupel will take the skill sets of future players and put them in a position to have success WITHIN HIS SYSTEM... sure. But that's not the crap you've been talking.
In the SEC you evolve or get left behind.
Depends on what you're talking about. You have to adapt. You will always have parts of your scheme that line up better with one roster than another. But that's not what you've been blathering.
Just look at what Gus Malzahn did his first couple of years at Auburn and what ended up happening with him.
Opponents adjusted. He didn't. That and his "quirky" personality that apparently turned players off. You have to adapt to the changes other programs make and the rules. You are trying to wiggle out but that's not what you have been talking about... nor even just "evolution".
I’m sure he took notice of what Ohio State did to Georgia’s defense and will implement similar stuff considering them and a completely healthy Bama and 2019 LSU have been the only teams capable of torching their defense
UGA played at home and gave their best performance of the year vs UT. They had more talent by a fairly significant margin. They didn't win because of scheme... they won because UGA's DL had a day vs UT's OL.
I doubt there's a soul here who doesn't recognize that UT has a talent/skill gap to close if they want to compete with UGA and Bama for that matter all the time. The team this fall will have some talent and depth additions. They'll also be experienced and fully absorbed into UT's schemes and system.
OSU is a talented team. UGA amazingly played flat like their place in the title game was a foregone conclusion. Heupel may see a flaw in UGA's system to exploit. But he's not going to wholesale switch to OSU's playbook/scheme or philosophy of O... and it would be manifestly STUPID for him to do so.
This is one of those places where very much like D4H you indicate that you have no actual experience playing the game. You ALWAYS look for ways to exploit weaknesses with YOUR system.
