-VQTop-ten wide receiver Tristen Keys is set to return to Tennessee over the weekend. The Vols built plenty of momentum in October when he visited for the Florida game, and they have a chance to add to that this weekend. He is a priority to the staff and is clearly locked in on learning more about the program. His relationship with Kelsey Pope and Faizon Brandon has been important to this point, and Tennessee enters the weekend in a good spot for the dynamic pass-catcher. He continues to reiterate plans to make a decision sometime in the winter after his high school season is over.
-Matt RayFeels like Tennessee left the weekend in a very good spot for Tristen Keys. He was all smiles again and his mom came on the visit with him and that was a big deal to him. He saw plenty from the wide receivers. He wants to take a couple of more visits elsewhere and likely make a decision in the winter. But after two visits in four weeks, it is clear he is feeling strongly about the Vols.
Making sure momma is taken care of? Winning strategy.“I was there for the Florida game, but the Kentucky visit was even better,”
“I loved the way they comforted me and my mom. For me, it was just feeling that great vibe again and this time it was even better.”
“For mom, it was just making her feel comfortable. They were communicating with her and they did it perfectly. I enjoyed seeing my mom happy and shaking pom poms for a football game.”
“The atmosphere was lit. I talked to coach Pope, coach Heupel, coach Halzle, coach KP and a couple other coaches. They pretty much all said that I am a priority and they want me to be a volunteer. They think I’ll look good scoring in Neyland Stadium.”
Tennessee left last weekend yet again in a great spot with 2026 Mississippi wideout Tristen Keys. He visits LSU this weekend, and the Tigers will look to offset some of the momentum the Vols have, but Josh Heupel's program is setting the pace here right now, in our estimation.
-VQHis relationship with the staff and interest in teaming up with the likes of Faizon Brandon, Tyreek King, and Carson Sneed in the 2026 class appears strong. We continue to watch his timeline, but the Vols have positioned themselves well here as the calendar has turned over to November.

This will be a thing of beauty one day. Just add a few more OL.
