Ever consider they weren't lied to. Did they not start the season off with the Spread HUNH and got spanked. Went back to a more traditional O and let McFadden take flight. I wouldn't have gone back the the HUNH myself with MacFadden tearing it up. Nutt did what he had to to crank out a trip to te SECCG. He did his job.

I wonder how many times the University of Tulsa has ended up with the no.1 college QB prospect in the nation. lol

Did someone forget to tell mustain he could transfer to any school he wanted???

I was thinking the same thing last night, but amidst my laughter, failed to mention it.

I don't think many teams will "recruit" him hard based on his mom being so vocal. That's a can of gasoline waiting on a match...

Most coaches have had a situation like his - it never ends good for anyone.
agreed.

it seems that he and GM have a special relationship...going to Tulsa???

as bad as we all think it is for CPF....how'd you like to be Houston Nutt right now? this guy can't buy a break...and he basically tried to last year by hiring GM to get Mustain...jeez.

He's not going to Tulsa, or Oklahoma.

It's probably Southern Cal.
Competing with Mark Sanchez will be tough. We also still have to see what becomes of Pete Carroll. USC takes a step down the second he steps out, unless they make the hire of the millenium.

I thought he said he was going to Tulsa.

Hawaii doesn't need a QB Brennan withdrew his name from the draft

Brennan is back? Holy crap, get ready for some NCAA career records to be set... Like 80 of them. 70 pass attempts a game by a QB who is actually legit, gets wild.

Sanchez would be enough for USC. Talented, and most importantly, staying at the system for a long time.

my roommate is a hogs fan and according to their forum, there is a team meeting today at 3 to vote on whether or not to bring him back

Heard the same thing. Apparently he visited Tulsa and wasnt impressed, now wants to cross those burnt bridges and get back on the team. This is just a rumor on the local sports radio in Brinkly AR, I dont have any solid info on it though.

He is so screwed if he goes back on that team. You guys remember the way the offensive line played for Ainge in '05? Yeah.
