Also if the "noose" was such a big deal and offensive why did it take until Sunday night for it to be reported. The cars had been in the garages for at least a day if not two, why wasn't it spotted then. Also if the race was ran as scheduled on Sunday, the cars wouldn't have even been at the track at the point said noose was found. I think this was a ratings ploy by someone to gather more viewers
