Nashville Restaurants

My brother and friend just got back from Nashville and they stopped at Texas de Brazil. They said it was phenomenal. Has anyone else eaten there and what did you think? He said it was a Brazillian Steakhouse similar to Fogo De Chao.

Thai Esane was pretty good. There are better Thai places around tho.

The Dog of Nashville wasn't bad either. Nothing fancy, just hotdogs and such.

If you like Japanese food, try Two Ten Jack. Great ramen and yakitori.

For hot chicken, give Prince's Hot Chicken Shack a try. It's not in a great part of town, but that's part of the adventure. Call ahead.

I've been wanting to try out Two Ten Jack.

I'll 2nd Prince's. Be warned though, I think they put crack in their chicken. Try it once and you're hooked.

Suggestions for places around Cool Springs? Need a place to eat Friday night before Saturday's game. We like all kinds of food. Would like something not too quiet, and not too rowdy. This will be our anniversary dinner. Not looking for "romantic", just relaxed and nice.

Mere Bulles is one of my favorites.

Drakes and cool springs brewery are fun

I've got your back. It's a fancy steakhouse in a fancy neighborhood in midtown Nashville.

Fancy is okay sometimes. I like steak. And I like good food. And it's our anniversary. But the weekend is gonna be about football (I mean, there's a reason I picked our wedding date, cause it would coincide with the start of football for the rest of our lives). I just want good food and a nice dinner with my husband, not a lot of fru fru. I'll save that for Valentine's Day or something.

Drake's and Cool Springs Brewery that I mentioned are both laid back but have good food. They are right across the street from each other.

I don't know if you drink, but CSB has good beer and happy hour.

CSB is the first one my husband mentioned. Not too far from where we're staying either.

There are tons of selections in that area. You shouldn't have any trouble finding something to float your boat.

I'd at least get a drink at CSB to check it out, even if you don't eat there.
