Nashville Restaurants

Not a big fan of drakes, honestly. Mere belles is nice, but technically not in cool springs, but not too far of a drive. In cool springs there are a ton of restaurants, but most are chains. Shouldn't have any issue finding something. CSB is solid and has good beer (although I haven't been there since the head brewer left). You could drive into downtown franklin and try red pony (nicer and bit more expensive), Grey's on main, pucketts grocery or boathouse, both of which could have live music. Plus downtown Franklin is a neat area.

Tell me about each of those, and why you like them. (If you have time.)

1,Bone in Ribeye at Kayne Prime is off the charts.. I think it is $65,,, But worth it

2, Mason's- Pork Chop- Southern High end rest

3. Catbird. Food is prepared right in front of yo... unique experience. Expensive. They serve traditional dishes with very uncommon ingredients for most restaurants

I def. prefer CSB over Drake's, but I like to go get a table tap and play cornhole there on occasion.

Have you been to William Collier's? I want to say it's you that said you worked right over Corsair. If so, I'm sure you have been.

I really should not have looked at all those menus. Damn! I suck at decision making, throw in great food and it's nearly impossible for me.

Guess we're just gonna wing it.

Spend a day or afternoon in Downtown Franklin. Really nice spot.

Good call. Downtown Franklin is just down the road from Cool Springs and always a good time. Red Pony, Cork and Cow, and Saffire are all great dinner options IMO.

I haven't. I do work right over Corsair, but honestly I don't get off until about 6 and I'm ready to go home. So I don't "socialize" much after work. Although I am going to a "Mystery Beer Dinner" at City House on a Tuesday in a couple of weeks.

Forgot about this until I saw the fine dining thread.

Went to Urban Grub recently and enjoyed it.

Finally had Prince's. Definitely best hot chicken I've had.

Hatti B's and Pepperfire are really good too and have better sides though, especially Hatti B's.

It's alright. Usually if I'm in green hills at lunch time on a weekday and I want a veg plate or meat n 2-3 I just go to whole foods. I've never thought nashville was really strong on meat n 3s, probably because they all serve the same canned stuff from Sysco.

Arnold's

I know this is an old post, but they just opened one in Green Hills.

Wish I would have seen this thread earlier. Moved to Brentwood back in June.

I usually eat around the cool springs area. Twin peaks, old Chicago, wild wing cafe etc. Or the Lenox village area. Burger republic is amazing.

Went to the pharmacy back in the summer and it was just alright to me. Nothing special. Best burger I've had since I moved here was burger shack down in nolensville. It's California/west coast themed just like In N Out. Everything on their menu is almost s replica of burger shack..tastes just as good too.

Also BurgerFi in Brentwood is unbelievably good too.

My wife and I love Rosepepper's and Butchertown Hall.

The Pharmacy is just meh! Used to live in Raleigh and there's a burger joint, Chuck's, in downtown Raleigh that destroys The Pharmacy!

Nashville will soon be home to a Farm Burger.

A Minus5 ice bar as well, apparently.

Just scrolled the entire thread. I feel like we're missing a lot.

Clyde's on Church opened recently. Same people that do Clyde's on Main in Chattanooga. Good food, moderate beer selection, good place to hang out, but it's always slammed.

I have recently discovered the Nashville institution that is Hertimage Cafe. It's a must for visitors and locals alike. I will say this with the disclaimer I was drunk. :)

Hook, by the same people that brought The Sutler, ML Rose, and Cinema opened recently as well. It's...alright. Expensive.

The Beer Pale is a good low key place to grab some food and a different drink.

.
I went a few weeks back after hearing alot of raves. Eh. As you said, expensive especially for what you get. A small ramekin of cole slaw is a bit chintzy for a $20 meal.

Got into Nashville yesterday and had dinner at CoCo's' Italian Market, it was awesome
would highly recommend, the dessert choices are unreal
