Relatives called authorities at least three times that day, including one time when Wallace's brother asked for an ambulance, Shaka Johnson, an attorney representing the Wallace family, said in a news conference Tuesday.
"Law enforcement was called because they wanted an ambulance to come here," Johnson said. "The police are who arrived first."

So the family attorney is trying to frame this as the cops arrived first, that's why he's dead. Newsflash, the paramedics aren't doing **** for a guy waving a knife around. They could have arrived within 10 seconds of the call, they aren't laying a hand on him until the cops show up and disarm him. Also I don't know what "calling a superior" was going to do for the situation. Maybe supervisors in Philadelphia possess telekinetic powers that help them in these situations?

The first time I went to this city was in the early 90's and I was amazed at all of the historical buildings that had graffiti painted on them. The poor blacks trashed the place years ago and now they got a free shopping trip because a black guy was killed by the police. I say burn it all down.
