given how the end of the recruiting cycles have gone with elite O linemen it’s definitely time for Elarbee to be shown the door. Dude is incapable of just walking anyone across the finish line with no drama.

Let’s just be really honest here. Elarbee needs to be doing better. Recruiting definitely but he NEEDS to develop some of these recruits we’ve been landing. We need to see guys like uhmarov, Bennett Warren, Satterwhite(or however you spell his name), etc. getting in games and producing next season. If not it’s a clear indication that he cannot adequately develop his recruits. He’s also missed on so many big time offensive line recruits and it’s maddening. I’m hoping Sanders sticks but I won’t be shocked if something happens at the last minute. I think our offensive line and our receivers have vastly underperformed the last 2 seasons, and there needs to be a hard look at Pope and Elarbee in the offseason. Also, at Halzle too. This offense needs to vastly improve next season. If not for our defense and Dylan Sampson it’d be another mediocre year. With that being said I think 10-2 in Nico’s first year starting is impressive. Just need to make some offseason moves to improve IMO.

Can’t blame glen ellerbe for the WRs lacking nfl speed… meaning he’s not a bad coach as some make him out to be bc we have had great offenses with him coaching but elite wr talent is what makes this offense go

I do agree when he deserves the berating he gets most the time and I have done it myself but to blame him for this … what seems to be money related …. Seems kinda crazy

He may not have been his top recruiter but sanders did commit to play oline for ellerbe and CJH

The OL and OC have a lot to do with Dylan’s success though. There’s more to offense than pass blocking and deep throws. There’s OL is well coached, but it’s fair to question Elarbee’s recruiting and player evaluations

Don’t care what anyone says. Drama. Just sign if you plan on attending UT. No reason not to. Many recruits have signed and schools kept it hush until ceremony.

See that’s the thing… let’s see how it plays out. Inge and Garner are just getting whoever they want. Our offensive guys just keep bankrolling QBs, RBs, and WRs. Even Martinez has upgraded the secondary. Elarbee getting any commits feels like we have to move mountains and pray he doesn’t screw it up before the ink is dry. That’s a major problem
