Unless we’re just swarmed with injuries, he’s probably red shirting imo.
Ehhh, unless we portal well, I can see him starting. Our returning OL isn't great, and getting 9 months of practice and workouts in should make him a contender.

Red shirting likely future NFL players is pointless. He's not staying 5 years anyway, so if he's better than someone even by a little bit, burn the red shirt and play him.

You couldn't be more wrong
No offense.

But we're losing a ton of senior OLIneman. THIS SEASON.
Why would you redshirt the best OT in HS when you just lost a bunch of senior OLIneman?

Don't worry about offending him. He's been wrong many, many times and stays unfazed

It will all depend on how ready he is both physically and mentally. You don't want him getting bull rushed if he doesn't yet have the strength to go against SEC defensive linemen, and you don't want him getting blown by if he needs to work on technique for a while.

Well it's a good thing it's December 15, 2024 and he's already on campus. He won't play his first college game until September 2025.

This kid is all lean muscle at 275 lbs.
He was also a DE for Providence Day.

He's a dawg. He gets after it.
Give him 8 months of Strength and Conditioning with his athletic ability and aggressive personality and he'll have the size and strength to compete. Maybe he won't start (I THINK HE WILL EVENTUALLY IN 2025) But he damn sure won't redshirt.

I think it’s all about how quickly he bulks up this offseason. Him being on campus now, going thru cfp and spring practices and the weight program will be huge. He definitely wont start immediately, but I think as the season progresses he will get more and more reps

If Sanders gets the necessary weight on, he’s probably starting. I don’t think that comes without competition, because I like the room at tackle, but Sanders is special.
At the least I think he’s the swing tackle. But if no one can lock down and runaway with the RT job he may very well take over there and switch once Heard leaves.
