Looks like to me he just told a big lie. He yanks them out early and often. He only has one player that played thirty minutes. A couple that were close and everyone else in the teens or low 20's. He needs to keep his word and keep his starters in there thrity five minutes see how that works out for them.

Probably one of the dumbest statements I’ve heard from a supposedly top coach. CKC isn’t yanking players out the game in this system when she substitutes. Her philosophy is letting them regroup to go right back in.
Yanking out would mean they’ll sit down for an extending period of time.
Sounds like these coaches starting to get in their feelings because Coach Caldwell doing things they didn’t expect at Tennessee.
Great recruiter. Great personality. Great coaching ability. Unconventional system. At the most historic WBB program of all-time.

Not sure why everyone acts like our subbing is so odd. Our players don’t play any less than most other teams, they just come in and out at shorter intervals.

We can win this game if we rebound, protect the paint, score from the 3 as I know we can, and keep our heads in the game. This team appears to have their second wind after a bit of a letdown. I hate to give a score but here it is:

Lady Horns 80

Bring your popcorn because this will be a nail biter!!

Like another poster mentioned Jones misses a lot of bunny shots but almost always rebounds her own miss and puts it back.

Jones has been outstanding the past 5-6 weeks, great player.

Rebounding decided the first game 39 to 24 so they were plus 15. That turned into 10 more shots on goal and they were only plus two on free throws. Rebounding is to a large extent our toughest problem this season. If she could've gotten one more strong rebounding big out fo the portal we might've been a final four team. If somehow this team can over acheive on the boards we still might be.

Games we lost Oklahoma offensive rebounding, LSU twice offensive rebounding, Vandy offensive rebounding and a big one right at the end. Kentucky offensive rebounding along with the worst shooting game ever.

Neutral court don't know how many we'll have there with the Vols still playing as well. Texas men's team long gone so any support they have will all be there for them.

Their inside game Oldacre and Jones are the problem otherwise they are not that scary of a team. Don't really have a three point game at least they haven't in over thirty games this season. Averaging a little over three made a game.

He's trying to get in players' heads with this, pure and simple. He'd love for his players to respond with an inner monologue of "That's right! My azz can play hard for 40 minutes, unlike those pansies at Tennessee, and we'll show them on Saturday!" And he'd love for Tennessee players to get it into their heads, "Hey. Does Kim not think we're good enough to play more consecutive minutes? SHOULD I BE PISSED THAT SHE IS CONSTANTLY YANKING ME OUT OF THE GAME?"

He's worried. That much is clear.
