He improved the talent. He got rid of the players that couldn't cut it and brought in better players. They are clearly being coached up.

I don’t hate the guy but he literally said we’re bringing in new guys to replace you. He did that and they’re winning games. If this was the same team they’d be equally as bad.

His job is to recruit talent and coach up that talent.

No, he did his job. The kids who had G5 and FCS talent were sent on their way and he found better guys. In the transfer portal/NIL era, this is the game.

The question isn't what CP could have done with last year's team. Those guys couldn't cut it. That's a huge reason they went 1-11. That and bad coaching.

The question is how many other coaches could have come in and improved this program as much in just a few months. There is more talent and that talent is being coached up.

He can coach but there was no help for that team last season. It wouldn’t matter who the coach is.

It was previously stated that it was “literally” the exact same team and that just isn’t true.

No one is saying Nebraska and TCU are amazing. In fact, Nebraska is pretty bad.

The conversation should be as simple as where was Colorado last year and where are they now. The clear answer is much better. And that is all that matters. That's the proof Coach Prime is a good coach. And recruiting is part of being a good coach in CFB (before someone else talks about the roster turnover...again).

I guess deion's recruiting prowess has just not made itself known yet. Currently in the lower half of the recruiting rankings, right between army and Colorado state.

I’m sure the transfer portal from fcs and hbcus will be kind to him. I’m not sure he’ll get multiple unforced turnovers from teams week in and week out.

We've had players on our team that definitely wanted to be there but just wasn't cutting it and our fans bitch and moan, call them names, wishing they'd gtfo....but Dion tells a bunch of 1-11 players to gtfo and he's a Richard Noggin.
