He's always led with his mouth and it works as a player, talking trash and swagger.

As a coach, he's not going to have success that way. Coaching isn't swagger. Even media whores like Kiffin learn, lose the mouth and the tweets and all that. Just win.

Urban was right out in public doing his thing. I posted a video a couple of days ago showing him still chatting up cheerleaders off screen.

Freeze was dumb enough to use university phones.

There's no pretend in those guys except their pretending to know anything about Jesus.

I just call it like I see it. Deion can either coach and lead a D1 program or he can't. That remains to be seen, but his manner, if he's looking to move to a more traditionally successful program, is not going to impress the admins of a major school.

His mouth is not going to impress an NFL owner.

It's all about: can he coach? I don't know yet.

For me, if I'm a family member of a recruit, I want to turn my kid over to a coach who is going to give my kid some sober and thoughtful advice and instruction on and off the field.

Who puts you in the mind of a thoughtful coach?
Deion Sanders or Josh Heupel.

I’d like to think both could offer thoughtful advice, given their experiences as former players.

With Chubba Purdy coming in at QB for a play I went and looked up his brother Brock’s recruiting info and he was a 3 star. What I ended up discovering was there were several 3 star QB’s of note in that class. Joe Milton, Sam Hartman, Will Levis, Zach Wilson, Michael Penix and Clayton Tune. Pretty crazy stuff

I don't know what either is truly like in the locker room so I cannot comment.

All the hate is based off Deon's initial interview with Colorado. Yes, he was hard on the old team but they were 1-11 and terrible. How is that different than Bear Bryant and Junction Boys?

Bear Bryant didn’t post his initial Junction Boys player meeting on social media…among other things.

Fragile vol fans. They think everything is a threat to UT. All unwarranted. You'd think South Carolina and Colorado were on the same level as Bama and Georgia going by the threads in here the last few months. Same cast of characters too
