Just found out a coworker has cancer. He's been sick a few weeks, missed some work waiting on a Dr's appointment. He'd lost about 30 lbs, people tried getting him to go to the er. He had an appointment Wednesday, and they sent him for test. Boss just came in break roim and said they're shipping him to Atlanta because he's eat up. Remember him and his family.

Send some prayers up for my wife please. She has been to a half dozen doctors and none can figure out what is wrong. Might be this, might be that, take this med, try this one....nothing seems to be helping. Her BP will bottom out and then her heart slows dramatically and she faints. Constantly fatigued, brain fog and a bunch of other symptoms. None of the docs can figure it out and they all seem to have just quit trying. She's had EKG, holter, sleep studies, tilt table test, plus about 4 others. Every blood test known to medicine. Many of her tests are abnormal, but just a little bit so they dismiss it as an anomaly. She fainted during the tilt table, which was actually a good thing, but they still have no idea what is causing all of this. She has seen a cardiologist, neurologist, endocrinologist, plus her primary and a couple other specialists.

We'll be praying. Have them check her ANA, they'll know, it checks for autoimmune diseases. My wife was doing the same thing before they tested hers, and found lupus. It may not be anything like that, but you never know.

She's been tested for autoimmune too. Everything seems to be a "well it could be that or..." Might be vasovagal syncope, might be POTS, might be autoimmune, might be brain trauma from her wreck causing her hormone production to be out of whack. Her hormone levels are abnormal, but not really to a level that would indicate anything. . Frustrating.

I pray that Jesus will help the doctors find what is hurting your wife and give peace to you're home and family and wife.

Hope they find it, and get her fixed. I understand feeling helpless when your wife is hurting, praying for you both.

All my best wishes and prayers for you and her that the Lord will guide her doctors to discover the problem and heal her very soon.

Just sounds a lot like one of the strands of Lyme. Not the version we dealt with but from the support groups we encountered people with very similar symptoms.

We'll see what further tests show, but thus far blood work and ct scan show that everything looks normal. So I am very thankful on this day. Thankful for my wife's health, and thankful for you guys. Last year a couple of days after Christmas my brother- in-law was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. He passed away in September. Now less than a year later, both of my sisters called me together to tell me my other brother-in-law has been diagnosed with it as well. The oncologist told him he has an estimated 6 weeks

Dang man, praying for him and the family. My friend from work was just diagnosed with the same, and it doesn't look good.
