I think CBJ will atleast WIN atleast TWO of the close loses from last season. That's a plus in my book.

2-4 yrs??? He is given a team/program in way better shape than Dooley. Getting paid over a million more a yr and you and others are willing to give him more time than Dooley. Smh.

We need to be in the sec championship in 2014. Preseason top 10 by 2015. Otherwise he isn't getting it done.

I'm all for high expectations, but that is absurd. Tennessee was 1-7 in the league last year, and that's beyond unacceptable. But, even with major improvement, Tennessee still has a ton of catching up to do in order to overtake the rest of the East. It's not like the rest of the division is going to go on a major slide.

So in other words you're fine with losing. As long as the "kids" are having fun of course. The same "kids" that are supposed to be in training to go to the NFL.

I just spoke to the family of an offensive lineman that just graduated. FWIW, they said, that Dooley was very detached and aloof with the players and that CBJ is definitely a players coach. They feel CBJ is the real deal. Also said that all the lineman celebrated when Hiestand left.

What I said was that I find it quite humorous that many people will bash these kids on these boards as if they could play any better. I never said that I liked them losing. I have, however, learned to not vicariously live through these kids. I love the game and the Vols, but at the end of the day, it's just football. Again, just my 2 cents.
