Where's the opinion?I don’t have clouded judgement here. I understand what theft is.
Easily searchable, yet you failed to support your stuff with anything other than your opinion.
Where's the opinion?
You're the one arguing that everyone that gets cut off will go out and buy a subscription, which is laughable. And, again, apparently you don't grasp the fundamental economic/market information I also shared.
If you think you're paying "more than your fair share", why are you paying? Clearly the value of the product still is either at or below what you think a reasonable price for it is, so what base do you stand on saying it is "unfair"? If it was "unfair", you'd stop paying, or else you're some kind of weirdo that's acting outside of his own interest.

Not only CAN I...I do. To my family, no one else. Maybe your own exaggerated extrapolation is what has you all worked up. Nobody in Hoboken or Anchorage or NEXT DOOR is using my account. Merely myself, my wife and our daughters. And Netflix is amply remunerated for the service. The terms are in Netflix’s user agreement. You can’t decide to give access to every other house on the block. Paying a little doesn’t grant permission to steal a lot more.
Did you not say that "the honest users end up paying more than their fair share"? What is the opposite of fair? Is it not unfair? Are you not implying that people paying "more than their fair share" are being treated unfairly?I’m not sure that I’ve said “unfair” at all. I’ve certainly not said that “everyone that gets cut off will go out and buy a subscription”. You are making **** up and not supporting your weak arguments by citing sources. There’s the “opinion”.
And the moment the price goes too high or you feel like you are treated unfairly you will quit the service, yes?Not only CAN I...I do. To my family, no one else. Did you not say "Those stealing aren’t counted in the subscriber base, but they would be counted if they had their own accounts instead of stealing their stream."? Does this not operate under the assumption that each of those people would, if cut off, go and buy their own account, adding them to subscriber numbers?
I'm not making a single thing up. These are your words, directly copied and pasted into this post. There's no weak argument, there's a market and economics discussion that I guess you aren't capable of following.
You quite literally just posted that I am "making **** up" for my "weak" arguments. I'm not trying to argue. I'm pointing out market factors and fundamental points of market pricing. Plus I asked you direct questions there. Please respond to them- if you can't, and if you can't even recall what you've posted not two pages back, then does that not mean that it's actually you with no argument? I'm sorry you view someone making a mockery of your point as insulting. I'd advise, that if you find Netflix pricing to be unfair, you use your market power and cease paying it if you are.You can’t post without lying and insulting.

They're my immediate family, they're my household. I don't share with parents, grandparents, cousins or friends. If that was the hill you keep humping, I wouldn't disagree...but it ain't! Actually pilfering gasoline is an option I highly encourage for you. When you explain that you were simply trying to win an argument on a message board, you should be ok.Family and household are different things. If your daughters don’t live in your house and are using your user credentials, then your family is stealing from Netflix. But I guess it’s okay since they have $30 billion of revenue. I’m going to go fill up my tank at Exxon and not pay for it - they also have billions in sales.
