New Arizona Immigration Law

nope, just adding something that proves your point isn't a point at all.... greater good is a relative and dangerous statement... we could do a ton of things in this country where the majority of folks would be better off (i.e. the greater good)... doesn't make it LEGAL

the statements just get better and better.....this is pure gold

why are the civil rights of people in this country illegally of our concern?

surely you jest. Our resident rocket scientist is worried about all of the non-English speaking CITIZENS of this country. They're gonna get screwed, what with having to show IDs and such.

show their IDs? My god. why don't the police just break out the white hoods and get it over with!

very few........... still doesn't give any state a right to question one race/ethnic group of their legality while totally dismissing another race/ethnic groupo.

This is the same way that each of his rants begins, then he's refuted, then he starts typing in caps, then he simply re-states the original nonsensical argument that began this vicious cycle.

That the law is subject to misdeeds and abuses fails to distinguish it from any other law that's ever been passed. But also like all other laws, it will be policed and monitored to ensure its fair enforcement - and if not, those failing to do so will be punished, and it will then be amended as needed to limit or prevent any future reoccurrence.

Obviously, 70% of Arizonans feel that the unchecked influx of illegal immigrants into their state represents a far greater and more immediate danger than does the possibility of racial profiling.
Last I checked, the majority is supposed to win on these issues - and apparently, they have. Cash knows that he is in the overwhelmingly minor position on this issue, he first attempts to invoke some righteous standard to refute it, and failing that, he threatens court intervention - or as its better known - typical liberal behavior.

Watch the lid come off as several other states quickly follow suit. Sure the Supreme Court could conceivably over-turn this (they won't), do you know how long it will take to reach that far? Do you know how many illegal aliens can be deported back to Sweden and Norway in that time? Probably about 500,000 or so.

Solid.

And now there are reports surfacing that Texas is considering the same thing.......

Presumably, as is Utah, Colorado, Ottawa, Kenya.......Tennessee

why should a LEGAL hispanic have to prove they're here legally (when they break a law) while other races won't have the same burden when they break a law???

someone please answer that for me. that's the biggest issue i have.

So your argument has gone from they will be dragging the hispanics through the streets (before you really knew what was in the bill), to crying about the authorities asking about citizenship AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN ARRESTED?

Now that you have a better sense of what is in the bill, you may ought to inform Barry, its obvious he doesn't know.

"You have to the right to remain silent. And provide documents proving that this is your first crime, or that you are a multiple offender, which will depend on your legal/illegal status."

I'm just saying if one group has to prove citizenship than EVERYBODY should have to prove it... Sadly, some on here (you know who you are), don't want that hassle.

If that happened, I wouldn't have a problem with the bill at all.

This is more absurdity. Nobody here cares about the hassle.

until it happens......... easy to say when you know it aint gonna happen to you

Are you simply copying and pasting responses from the last three days?

You should, as it would save some time, seeing as they're all alike. Almost verbatim.

At this point, you're just being willfully ignorant, and to continue to suffer your nonsense is foolish.

What this boils down to is you nor most libs want the illegals to be deported/discouraged from coming here. Plain and simple.

Doesn't matter if they murder border agents, ranchers, legal citizens in car accidents. Or the fact that they bring tons of drugs across the border.

Its obviously worth the votes they cast.
