the point being, if you're not hispanic with this bill, you won't have the same burden...no I'm not. I'm telling them that if I have reason to stop them, they damn well better be able to prove they're an American, because I now get to ask and am going to.

how is that fair??? It's called equal protection for all CITIZENS, and without it, the bill is against the law.
