I know it based on your actions/words... I know it because I assume T-town is Tullahoma and I've been there many of time and know how small towns work

Don't care what percent is anything. If you're gonna profile a specific racial group, than you better make Everybody, regardless of race, go through the same process. If not, it will be shot down in the courts.

Id be fine with that, if that sent em home.

Problem is 90% would be of the same origin, then we would be labeled racist for it not being a more distributed %.

If everybody that's arrested has to go through the same process, it won't be labeled as racists... at least not by me.
