I’m still curious as to how he passed the background screening.

I find it hard to believe his brushes with law enforcement only started after he was appointed Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Office of Nuclear Energy.

I’m just saying I doubt his kleptomania suddenly presented only after he got this job.

It has likely been a lifelong affliction for him. And if that’s true, he’s likely had brushes with law enforcement in the past.
