This commit has us on the 1st page of the rankings. #25 class now. We went from #46 to #25 in a week. If we can pick up Green, Lawson, and Bell, we will have a top 10 class no doubt.

Jenkins is a legacy commitment for Tennessee. His father, Lee Jenkins, was a standout cornerback for the Volunteers. Jenkins went through most of his recruitment without an offer from Tennessee but new head coach Butch Jones reached out to the four-star receiver shortly after Jones was settled in Knoxville.

Stars are nothing compared to the offer list. A wideout signed to Clemson and offered by Oklahoma State and by Sarkisian, all of whom know wideouts when they see them, seems like a clear winner. (Not to mention Lee was pretty darn good when he was here.)
