Chris Low thinks Al Golden and Jimbo Fisher are at the top of TN's list. I would take Jimbo Fisher. Low says Fisher ain't happy with FSU.

Al Golden would be a huge let down and would do nothing for this fan base or the future of this program. I mean he is having trouble winning at the U. He also has had trouble recruiting down their in a hot bed. Don't see how he could improve at TN, where recruiting is so important. Fisher would be ok but his teams have a problem choking every year.
AKA NC State Wake Forest etc....

I agree . I was just saying I like Fisher better than Golden. golden 11-11 vs fisher 28-9 and 2-0 in bowls.

Jimbo Fisher took a mediocre program with a proud past, and brought them back to national prominence. Anyone around here know of a school that could use an overhaul like that?

He'd be a fool to leave FSU, but I'd take him!

Okay if Hart does not fire Dooley tomorrow, let's put the pressure on to get him fired too!! Because he is obviously not looking out for this programs best interest!

Fisher and Hart seem to have a history, even though Hart left FSU the year Fisher arrived (2007). Hart may even have negotiated Fisher's contract down there.

Fisher would probably bring back Eddie Gran, a heckuva recruiter in FL.

Gruden is who I would like to see hired.

Fisher is my second choice.

Jon Gruden is not coming to Tennessee. Jimbo Fisher is not coming to Tennessee. Bobby Petrino is not coming to Tennessee. Gary Patterson is not coming to Tennessee. Petersen is not coming to Tennessee. Butch Davis is not coming to Tennessee. David Cutcliff is not coming to Tennessee. John Chavis is not coming to Tennessee. What I can tell you is.......this is a semi-homerun hire, that will unite a large portion of the fanbase, and get Tennessee heading in the right direction. Erik Ainge of TSR

His statement doesn't sound good.

It sounds like a Fulmer or Cut type hire by saying it will unite a large portion of fanvbasr.

If that is case I hope he is wrong.
