im a fulmer fan...grew up watching him coach, he set the bar to high and got fired after a 8-3 season. now we r praying to get close to that.
Fulmer fan, well you have my sympathies. How about Fulmer having lowered the bar, especially his last few seasons. His last season was 5-7, not 8-3, and his average won loss record for his last seven season was 8.14 wins and 4.57 losses, not top ten credentials, probably not even top twenty category.
I dont want Al Golden either. I really dont! But if we decided coaches based off that criteria, we would lose. (Or Would have Lost in the past)
#1. Greg Roman
#2. Lou Holtz....Best case scenario Les Miles. 28-21 overall, 16-16 conference record, 1-2 in bowls at Oklahoma State.
#3. Brian Kelly and Jim Tressel
I know Kiffen had a losing record in Oakland with no Head Coaching college experiance. And Derek Dooley pretty much the same.
But, good Head Coaches are out there other than Al Golden and Jon Gruden........Bottom Line. It is Dave Hart's responsability to find them.

Golden is a horrible hire.
If that is all Hart has up his sleeve, I can't see how he's that much better than Hamilton.
he was never coming here, finally people can move on from the pipe dream.
