Well, it's hard to keep track. Back in 2019 he and the Reoublican congress said they had to have legislation in order to close the border. Now? Nah, it can be done by executive order.

Odd that changed just in the last few years.

We already have it. Go to any smoke shop in the state and you can legally buy it

Well, yes. We can get a THC content that was like the Columbian and Mexican standard strains of the 1970s and early 1980s. I'm amazed that Bill passed first run through Tennessee's Senate and House. I suppose they see the overwhelming support for making it legal. It would have already been legal if it had been by a vote of the people

Idk about that last sentence. I think the hemp bill only passed because people didn’t realize you could legally get high. And the thc % is really irrelevant given you can simply take more and more until you achieve your desired effect.

Which part? I’m assuming you’re just talking about “just take more”. Obviously thc is dose dependent. So if the % is low, you can simply take more until achieving the desired effect.

Not sure how that is wrong in your opinion

Again, not true. The medicinal effects don't work like that. The newer hybrids, with higher and more molecularly complex THC deliveries, provide effects beyond the capability of the available delta varieties.
