New Orleans Attack

No. They simply want the American military and CIA to stop messing in their domestic affairs or by unconditionally supporting the state of Israel that is exacting violence throughout the region.

Our foreign policy is the main reason for Islamic terrorism. Not a book written 1400 years ago.
Why has our foreign policy not created Catholic terrorism? Or Hindu terrorism? Or Buddhism terrorism?

I know. But the why is the question. Hence my comparison with black folks. Why is it that telling someone black the N-word will get you knocked out but a similar racial epithet directed at an Indian or Asian might not end up giving you a black eye? Are black people just more violent? Or is there a particular history around that word that might trigger a black person to violence more quickly than another group hearing a racial slur?

Violence from Muslims is triggered the same way. I've never denied in this thread that Islamic terrorism isn't a thing. I've simply been arguing with yall about why it exists. You guys are saying the cause is the religion. I'm saying it's the geopolitics and history of that region. Similarly black people ain't violent cause they're black. The reason you might get knocked out for calling someone black the N word is because of the history of said word.

Race and religion aren't the causes of violence. That's my argument. Not that violent individuals who happen to be Muslim or Black don't exist.
You are so far removed from most anything I've asserted it's like you've taken parts of some posts in this thread and throw out some mostly canned answer that you played a bit of mad libs with to make it seem more applicable.

Cause Muslims ain't a group to be effed with. As the kids say now "they stand on business".

I'm sure white people don't go around calling black people the N-word anymore. Why? I know the answer and so do you.
Maybe Christians should start "standing in business". But Christianity is a true religion on peace, so....

No. I actually listened to what Osama Bin Laden said as to why he committed 9/11. His grievances were entirely geopolitical. Bin Laden's speech was actually trending on social media a few months ago and lots of Americans were hearing it for the first time and agreeing with him on the geopolitical grievances.

Whether you like it or not the terrorists have been explicit about why they're fighting the "great Satan" that is America. And it's not because of our freedom or the fact we're not Muslim like them. Their problems with our nation are in our actions around the globe. In particular the middle east.
America is full of idiots. To wit: Kamala voters.

Well in Northern Ireland you have the IRA that are predominantly catholics that have a history of engaging in terrorism against the United Kingdom. You also have the Tamil Tigers in Sri Lanka that are also have a history of terrorism and they're Hindu. They don't attack America because we're not their geopolitical enemy. The UK is the enemy of the IRA hence why they attack innocent people in England. And the Sri Lankan government is the enemy of the Tamil Tigers so they commit most of their terrorism domestically.

We get Islamic terrorism here for meddling in middle east affairs. I'm sure if they tried meddling in Sri Lanka or Northern Ireland we would get Catholic and Hindu terrorists attacking us as well.

I agree celebrating vengeance is absurd. But me explaining human nature isn't absurd. Just because you explain to someone that plate tectonics cause earthquakes doesn't mean you're endorsing the deaths of people as a result of an earthquake.

First you say it wasn’t because he was Muslim but because he was broke and if terrorism was an issue there would be 2 billion of them. Then you say it’s understandable vengeance and they all celebrate it. 🤣

Nope. I've been consistent in my argument. I've never denied there's a disproportionate amount of terrorism from people who espouse the Islamic faith. Just as you'll never see me deny there's a disproportionate amount of violence from young black men in America. All I'm arguing against is the WHY. Why are Muslims disproportionately more likely to commit terrorism against the United States? Why are young black men disproportionately more likely to commit crime? You guys keep saying terrorism is because of Islam. Some will also associate violence with race. I'm saying it's not religion or race. I'm saying there are other reasons. Primarily geopolitics when it comes to terrorism and lack of opportunities when it comes to crime.

Maybe in the New Testament. But in the Old Testament Jesus sure did command a lot of genocides. In fact Jesus in the Old Testament makes the Quran look like a nursery rhyme book if we're talking violent rhetoric.

As much as I would like to exact physical violence on someone for some of the things they do, I don't. Know why?

Because it's ****ing wrong!

Agreed. And 1.9 billion Muslims agree with you too. Just because a few psychos who claim to be Muslim do otherwise doesn't change the fact most Muslims are peaceful people.

I was asked two different things. One was why did the New Orleans attacker do what he did. I explained that. Then I was asked why some Muslims celebrate terrorist acts and then I explained that. Two different prompts required two different explanations.
