lol....your one of those people that always have to be right aren't you? regardless Bray wasn't MVP...it was Jake Heap. Do some research so you don't look so foolish.

You should do some research of your own...as in, you should research what you actually said and what I said in response...that way you don't look like a moron by trying to shoot me down for something I never said....

I said Bray won the Gunslinger award (i.e. Golden Gun award...I apologize for that aggregious error) ...which I was right about...

You said we'd kill to have an Elite 11 MVP on roster...well okay, you got us on the MVP...congrats on that monumental victory...

Regardless, we do have an Elite 11 QB on our roster...one who won a very siginificant award while there...not exactly the chump you were eluding to in your original post...

And yes I do prefer being right...so much so that unlike you I don't blurt out BS that I can't backup with facts

Hypothetical? Do you even know what that word means? There's nothing hypothetical about Richt being 2-4 against UT over the last 6 years...

Without Donnan recruits Richt has lost 4 out of 6 to UT which includes a game where he was a 17 point favorite at home ('04) and 3 embarassing blowouts ('06, '07 and '09)

Now I'll just sit back and laugh while you try to spin that into something favorable for UGA


Edit: As for Harris...so what if he's 65th...all that says is the state of Georgia is very deep this year which is no secret to anyone....that's just means there's more D-1 talent for teams like UT, Bama, and UF to steal from the fading Bulldogs (for reference see the 2010 recruiting class)

you were right about Bray be an elite 11 but other than that........you said and i quote "We not only have an Elite 11 QB of our roster but one who won the highest award at the camp"...you called it the gunslinger award, hardly siginificant .....i mean, i guess they had to give him something. It was actually called the Golden Gun award for accuracy.....nothing about the "strongest" arm. Nevertheless, it was only the "highest award" in your mind, certainly not the same as the overall MVP was it?

Did I assume that those players were recruited by Donnan?

Did I assume that there has been a clear drop off at UGA since those players graduated that everyone outside of UGA recognizes?

It appears that in your world anything that doesn't make UGA and Richt look untouchable is "assumption" or "speculation"?

As far as Murray is concerned, please show me where i've ever predicted greatness for Aaron. In summation, all i have said is Murray possess many of the intangibles it takes to becomes successful signal caller.


I love the fact that he led his team to a state championship, won many post-season awards and that he understands the team concept. "He's not super tall, but he is at least 6-foot-1; he's tall enough. I've seen a lot of 6-1 guys have success. Aaron's got a strong arm, a quick release and he's more mobile than people give him credit for. He'll have the benefit of 10 returning starters around him. Will he be untouchable?......perfect?.....hardly but Ga will not be asking him to win games, just not to lose them.

There is a chance Murray gets hurt but there's also a chance he leads UGA to an undefeated season too..... seeing how you want to get hypothetical.....again.

Patience guy...patience...

I know it's tough...there's nothing I'd like more than to have 8 four stars right now but even if we did it wouldn't guarantee that they'd sign on NSD...

All we can really go on are reports on how hard the staff is working, how many offers they are making after doing their own evaluations, and the quotes from recruits on what they think about the staff...

From what I've read the staff is doing a fantastic job with all 3

Lack of commitments to an unknown (for the most part) coaching staff at a school that hasn't been anything great since 2001 isn't a shocker.

The above statement from VolFromNashville was posted on April 26, when we had 1 commit. I believe that we are all being patient and we still wait. I believe in this staff but did not think we would have to wait quite this long for a few more earlies. Just my Opinion.. GBO:rock:

No offense but you need to take it easy. You need to trust that the coaching staff is handling it. Worrying about it will not help. Personally, I trust them and being a long time Vol fan and Alum, it's important to me as well. However, I wouldn't waste your time worrying about something you can't control. I'm optimistic that we will sign a solid top 10 class again in 2011.
