ah, well, i've been on espn too long...I have faith in this staff. It just stood out to me, that's all. Might as well bring up too, it's gonna be a while before september.

I have faith in this staff and will support them wholeheartedly, but man...... there is no denying it is slow and kinda boring on the recruiting front right now.

Of course we are behind. It has nothing to do with the current staff, and everything to do with the situation UT is in. We have our 3rd HC in 3 years and haven't been winning, so why would a recruit want to come here? We are competing against teams who have just come off NC's, so yes we are behind and have a lot of ground to make up, but the current staff is doing their job, just give it time.

We will be fine give it a couple of weeks and we should crack the top 20. I expect Worley, Randolph, Clear, and Wright to commit to us soon.

Time to board up the stadium and salt the field. I mean we're not even in the top 25 of ESPN's recruiting classes in June.

Exactly! A century of having quality teams means nothing anymore. Dooley brought Death Valley with him, and I do not mean the one in Baton Rouge. I am talking the one in California where nothing but scrubs grow.

It's June for Notre Dame, USC, Louisville, Kentucky, Cincinati and Florida State too. They also have new coaches and Staffs. Other than USC and Cincy, those programs havent been settin the world on fire either. Just Sayin!!!!!

That excuse is beginning to get weaker by each passing month, sooner or later we will get some recruiting momentum. We had better.... GBO. And I am a CDD fan....

CDD was hired literally at the last moment. I think it was after all the other coaching changes occurred. That is why we are still behind. I mean we all gotta have some patience. I don't know for sure, but I don't think Kiff was exactly killing it on the recruiting trail at this time last year IIRC..

Damn people, every time there is staff turnover new relationships must be formed, trust must be built. With as many staff changes as we've had in the past few years, I'm surprised we are even on so many good recruits' lists. CDD, CLT, and Chaney can obviously recruit or we wouldn't have closed so strong last year. Entitlement and stupidity seem to be the only traits our fans have any more.

He now has 7 commits.... Six 4* and One 5*. Can we not Compare CDD to Kiffin anymore, right now its apples and oranges..

We will catch him and pass him because he was and is a fraud....GBO

It's rediculous thats for sure.. If it were Kansas, Mississippi, Tulsa or a school like that, they would have already been strung up by the snarglies...

JMO...USC is the West Coast Bell Cow and it does not look like any serious trouble is coming their way. (WHICH IS BS) GBO

Yeah something is fishy with the delay and all. USC won't get punished at all. It doesn't matter that USC violated the rules. It comes down to money and USC brings much, much more money than most (if not all) other teams out in the Pac-10. It's a sad reality of the NCAA today. I am holding out some remote hope that they make an example out of USC, but the chances are dim.
