New York City

“Despite our pleas, when the federal government did nothing as its broken immigration policies overloaded our shelter system with no relief, I put the people of New York before party and politics,” Adams continued.

Adams announced funding cuts across multiple city services in November 2023 to address the need to house over 100,000 migrants in New York City. He also announced in January that the city would sue bus companies delivering the migrants to the city over the financial struggle the city has faced from the influx. Republican Govs. Greg Abbott of Texas and Doug Ducey of Arizona began busing migrants to New York City and other so-called “sanctuary” cities in 2022.

“Yes, I’m speaking directly to the administration. This is a problem that we must have a resolution both from Congress on immigration, but [also] the administration to deal with the immediate need that we have,” Adams stated after visiting the southern border in January 2023.

This Williams dude sounds like the kind NYC needs to take Adams place.
Dude should fit right in office without any hiccups along the way.

It sounds like he will send NYC back to the dinosaur ages of the survival of the fittest. One of the cities that deserve it in the leftist utopia credited to the democrat party.

Saying Eric Adams sucks, which many New Yorkers have been saying his entire term, is not “downplaying” anything lol

Anecdotal. He won a simple majority election after all so at least at election time he was popular enough to get the most votes. Maybe not with your anecdotal examples but with enough voters to win!

Wait? Doug Ducey? What happened to the crazed looney tune from California?

Meet The Radical Anti-Police Protester Set To Be New York Mayor after Eric Adams Arrest: ‘Lord help us’

New Yorker could be run by an ultra progressive Black Lives Matter activist if Eric Adams is ousted following his federal indictment.

Under New York's law, the city's Public Advocate Jumaane Williams, 48, who has a history of protesting against the police, will step into the mayor's office.

Williams has similar political views to far-left Democrat progressives such as Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

How did it get this bad after Giuliani? It goes to show how when a city takes things for granted you can be one step away from a total loser.
