what we are doing here is pointing out that your argument about the "rights" argument being one sided is that your defense was equally one sided. which means your argument doesn't refute theirs.

if you had two experts looking at the same situation, and one looked at partial information, while the other looked at all of the information, or at least more of the information, which would you trust? The one with more information or less?

There's definitely a mesh point between "You can't always just assume the worst and resort to physical violence." and "Waiting for the worst to actually begin happening to act is a very poor defensive strategy.". The lean should always go to the person(s) best able to claim defensive action.

It's not even remotely "equally one sided". Saying K2 killed him is made up and based on something neither side said. You're pointing to the other side and trying to poke holes in what they actually did say, when that same medical examiner said no toxicology report would change the determination

Saying K2 killed him isn't "trusting the one who looked at more information," it's making something up. The one who looked at more information didn't say that. And now people are going to just run with it because of the same "political bulls**t" that Slice was complaining about

He was never choked. He was in a headlock and subdued for 15 minutes. If he was choked he would have been dead 1 minute in and no longer needed to be held.
Again I know you don’t like it and people keep using improper terminology but he wasn’t choked. He was tried and he was correctly found not guilty.

Neely's father didn't GAF about him until he turned up dead in a high profile trial. Now he's looking for a payday. Sad thing is that he'll probably get one. The good news is that he'll blow it all before summer.

He was not killed for being poor. He was restrained for threatening to kill people on the subway, apparently after assaulting several women and breaking an elderly lady's orbital socket? You'd think these liberal women would let the feminism kick in for a second.
