Quinn is going to get paid what he is worth to the Cleveland Browns. He didn't lose anything by going so late. I think he'll end up a better NFL quarterback than Russell or Peterson and being picked by the Browns is probably the best thing for his career. The only better situation he could have found himself in was being picked by Green Bay, New England, Indy or some other team with an established and successful veteran QB.
 
I think y'all are missing the key point in the Quinn selection- it's not how much less money he got, it's the fact that he had to go to Cleveland to collect it...

He will be paid for his value at the position he was drafted, with the position he plays factored in. He will get a larger bonus than many players around him, but I don't see how you say he didn't lose money by slipping.
 
New Orleans should take one of the following: Chris Houston, Joe Staley, Robert Meachem, or Brandon Siler
