Nico’s eligibility?

Not really. If there is any discussion of actual penalties, there will be lawsuits aplenty.

I'm not a fan of UT's collective, but they hired the best lawyer in the business when it comes to dealing with the NCAA.

I don’t really know much about the collectives. Why aren’t you a fan?

Are we going to lose Nico now due to this investigation? Have a bad feeling from what I’ve been reading that we would be repeat offenders and the NCAA will hammer us good this time.
Did you read the letter Plowman wrote? That was about as close as FU to the NCAA as it gets. They have no authority over NIL. this may well be the death of the NCAA.

We gonna drag NCAA. If anything, Nico will be twice as eligible. He will be more eligible than anyone in the history of eligibility.

The only thing I see that it hurts us is recruiting. Someone is out to get us!

He will likely transfer to Alabama within the next few weeks. We did get a good run out of him. He won us the bowl game.

Thanks Nico. Good luck out there.

Go, big Crimson!

I think we will have to forfeit all the games Nico played in this past season. Buckle up guys we may get hammered this time around and it will definitely negatively affect recruiting. Hope I’m wrong.

How is it those 2 soccer sisters can sign with Nike at 16, but Nico can't sign with Spyre at the same time? Seems like NCAA has no leg to stand on unless they can prove TN coaches/staff spoke to him directly about an offer.

We need to all chip in some cash and sue the NCAA individually and collectively. Their ridiculous rules regarding Nil is what caused this crap to begin with........................they created this bastard child now let them live with it through the courts. Defamation of Character and trying to destroy all our athletic programs !!!

Yes, the NCAA will allow him to transfer there to forgive all the sins. They can use any strategy necessary to get him there. Rule breaking is not only allowed there, it is encouraged and on full display.

The craziest part of all of this, is they used to think everyone was too stupid to know who the driving forces are. Now, they just don't care that everyone knows, the attitude is just what are you gonna do about it.

Back in the day people just caved to it and some still do. At Fulmer's height, he one upped them and had their number. They did everything they could to take Fulmer down, even legally back in the day.

They crippled UT with Dave Hart, they financially harmed UT by hiring Butch Jones, they got Fulmer back by dooping him with Pruitt.

Now this. Don't think for one second they don't have there hands all over this. The real question is will Boyd, Plowman and White fight tooth and nail? Will the players push back and fight? We shall see......
