But he’s a tick away from being a consensus 4 Star and a Top 300 player. Let’s not act like this kid is lowly ranked - this is a good get.

Not the staff's take obviously, but this is the scouting report from On3:

As a College Recruit

Powerful interior defensive lineman who plays with violence and tenacity at the point of attack. Excellent use of length in order to initiate contact against offensive linemen. Scraps and claws consistently, never gives up when engaged with blockers. Rarely loses the battle of leverage due to hand usage and pad level. Impressive bend for a player of his stature. Measured in at nearly 6-foot-4, 275 pounds during summer campus visits. Strong testing in the agility and explosive drills for the position during the spring camp circuit. Raw power translates to track and field as well as he threw 130-foot-3 in the discus during his sophomore track and field season. High floor prospect who will develop the nuances as a pass rusher with collegiate coaching and reps.

275? That's the first time I've seen that. Everywhere else is saying 245-250.
