Why would I be upset? The best pitcher in baseball was matched against a guy who was in Dayton two months ago. Only a Braves fan would know little enough about baseball to think that was going to go well for the Reds.

I think deep down Reds fans (I am one, mainly cause it is my Dad's team... and my team, well, sucks) know that they just don't have the starting pitching to get it done in the playoffs. The Phils, even without this, do...

Nobody in baseball matches up with the Phillies as far as pitching goes. Especially a team that is managed by one of the biggest idiots in sports.

Wasn't meant personally. I didn't say emainvol is condescending so I hope the Phillies hand it to the Reds ha. I would like nothing more than for the Reds to win this series. I don't feel like getting swept in the NLCS. You're cool by me. I really just hate cardinal fans. Hats cool by me, too for the most part. people take this stuff way too personally.

I don't think anybody matches up period. This may be the best team they've put on the field in this run they've been on the past few years.

At least one of my teams this year is playing well. Outstanding performance fom halladay, guy continues to amaze me. I would have to admit thought, the umpire was very generous at times with the strike zone.

ehh... I thought he got the calls that the best pitcher in the game is supposed to get. I didn't think it was that bad.

Being a braves fan has nothing to do with it... also not sure who you quoted there.

Thats part of the game. Good pitchers who are around the plate often get border line calls, you know that.

Pretty much every Braves fan from 1991 til 2003. That's why I so enjoyed watching Eric Gregg call guys out on pitches that landed in the first base dugout against Livan Hernandez in the 1997 NLCS.
