No More Tweeting for Donny

I just look at the first Patriot Act that was passed 98-1. Now, I don't think anything coming out will resemble those numbers, but we're foolish to think the rhetoric that's been going on the last few days won't amount to legislation that'll be extremely anti-conservative.
In what world was a mob of people who broke into the Capitol to stop a constitutionally-mandated process being "conservative"? True conservatives should have been horrified by what happened Wednesday.

Do what?

Nope, but ill never side with a side that's happy to silence everyone that doesn't agree with them.
That’s fine but don’t presume to call people “Communists” just because they don’t like Trump and aren’t far right wingnuts. There are plenty of moderates like me who aren’t happy right now with the extremist elements of both parties.

You think it's only going to be Democrats voting for something like that?
OK, I'll step back a bit from my suggestion that no speech-related rules are going to change. Clearly, we're seeing social media companies change on their own.

What I was dismissing was the notion that we're going to see a hyper-partisan bill rammed through Congress to silence "conservatives." Could there be more administrative regulations, or a broader, bi-partisan law passed? I suppose.

As an aside, in the grand scheme of things, did the Patriot Act really change the "free speech" landscape much?

The left likes censorship until it happens to them, then they screech racist blah blah. This is what they voted for, welcome to communism.
They’re too blinded by their own hatred to see that this will ultimately happen to everyone.

Alex Jones was banned from Twitter in September 2018. 2 years and 4 months later they ban President Trump.

Pardon me. You must be mistaking me for somebody that gives one runny 💩 about your opinion. I know which side of history your opinion is going to land on and it will be the wrong side. Trump is gone and his legacy will be 💩. Write it down.

Nm not worth it

I'm okay if they ban people who blatantly, knowingly, and consistently lie.
Kind of like truth in advertisement.

Did you have a problem with Dim reps inciting violence against conservatives? Should they resign too?
No I would not support that but I don’t believe that compares with inciting a mob to assault the seat of our government to try to interrupt a constitutionally required event for simply selfish reasons. That’s what Trump did. Frankly I don’t view it much different than Guy Fawkes plotting to blow up Parliament. Either way, it’s a seditious act. Trump and his minions should be glad we don’t have the same punishment that Fawkes was sentenced to.

I already refuted them. Take out social security and Medicare taxes as they have nothing to do with the state. Your whole post is baseless bull ****.
You refuted nothing. You moved your goalposts. So you can refute or sit down as well.

Didn’t vote for either one because neither deserved my vote. I have issues with the extremes on both sides. But if I have a choice between Trump and a trained monkey, I’ll take my chances with the monkey every time.
I will never stoop that low. I could never vote Dim because I hate their policies with everything I have
