Had SC not created an environmental engineering major Joyce would probably be at Clemson.

Means nothing. Let's wait a couple weeks in the season before we rate anyone. Geno said at media day that Sarah can re-shape the program. Don't know what he means, but I assume that would be a good thing.

Breaking News: Ayla McDowell Commits to South Carolina Gamecocks Women's Basketball! 🐔💥 It's started already....​

South Carolina women’s basketball got its first commitment for Class of 2025 on Thursday. Five-star prospect Ayla McDowell committed to Dawn Staley and the Gamecocks in a ceremony at her school. “I loved everything,” McDowell said of South Carolina in an interview with VYPE Magazine after her announcement. “One thing important to me is I have to be happy wherever I go. I felt happy there. I was surrounded by great teammates and coaches. I felt comfortable. ... I just loved it there.” McDowell is from Cypress Hill High School in Texas and was the 20th-ranked player in the country by ESPN’s HoopGurlz rankings. McDowell can sign with USC beginning on Nov. 15, the first day of the signing period for basketball.

How is Tennessee already having two commits #14 and #54 and South Carolina getting a commit from #20 the rich getting richer while Tennessee is waiting?
If and when these players make their decision it’s another piece to the puzzle.

Just had a chance to look at the young lady McDowell who committed to South Carolina. She's from Texas. That's pretty big since Vic is down there trying to make some noise so Dawn stole her. I wonder if she gave any consideration to playing with Van Lith at TCU.

She visited TCU I believe. If SC didn’t enter the picture she was probably headed there. So tough break for them

Van Lith is in her last year of eligibility. McDowell is a 2025 recruit. So to answer your question, no.
