Iriafen picks up her 4th foul with 8 minutes to go in the third.

Michigan doing a really nice job defensively. This looks like a completely different usc team compared to the one at UConn.

Their head got a little big, thought they were just gonna roll over Michigan.

They are truly so one dimensional. It’s Juju or bust and they have done a good job making things tough for her. She’s gonna get hers no matter what but nothing has come very easy for her tonight. They’re jumping her with two defenders off the ball screen and making her make tough choices.

I'm so confused. Seems to me like she's been a highly successful player there. Are you thinking she may be wanting to distance herself from any lingering drama from the now -resolved legal issues?

Michigan just doesn’t have anyone athletic enough to force the issue.

They always end up like this, just don’t have enough gas to beat good teams and injuries seem to plague them every season. Never a deep team to start with and then after and injury or two they are cooked.

Swords is out right now with a lower leg injury. Sounds like a high angle sprain. I said from the moment I saw her she was an injury waiting to happen. Plays way too stretched out and reckless.

Sounds like wishful thinking. What you all don't see or understand is how embedded they are in their Columbia hometown community and playing in front of family and friends. The Garnet Trust has provided huge NIL opportunities for both girls. If you had access to all the local TV commercials they appear in you'd think differently.

She has the attention of the entire WNBA crowd at South Carolina. Plays on national television almost every week and is close to home. She has no true reason to transfer. More playing time is not going to solidify what the WNBA teams already know. The NIL for women's sports is not Earth shaking either. Same for Fulwiley So....no...

Because Joyce Edwards is just a better all round player. Watkins is a better rebounder and more physical.

Kitts is still too spindly. She’s getting pushed around by these mid-major posts. Don’t think she can hold SC down in the interior in the SEC. She really needs to develop more of a face up game with her frame.

I agree with your assessment, but Kitts is a lot like a female Dennis Rodman when it comes to rebounding. She seems to know where to position herself and she will fight. The problem is that Watkins and Edwards also bring that, and they are better scorers around the basket. When Chloe is 'on' she is really good. She is not always 'on'. That's the problem.

I believe Tennessee is going to sign a transfer portal class of 2-3 players at the most with the targets being post players and three point shooting.
Don’t expect them to focus on ball dominant guards it doesn’t matter who is in portal even if a returning player decides to transfer.
The staff didn’t recruit any of these incoming freshmen to sit and all have the skillset to play in the system. The strength and conditioning will be the test for them.
Additional size and fits to replace Puckett and Spear (three point shooting) will likely be the plan for portal needs.

This how a guard is suppose to play, they don’t need a million screens to get open or a screen at all, they can create their own shot on command and also not a liability on the defensive end ✌.

If Latson or Fulwiley or Taliah Scott hit the portal.. They are going to try to sign them. I do know that for a fact
