If I was predicting the score today I would go with something like 79-72 SC, I may adjust that after tomorrow’s games. The intensity of this game almost dictates a close matchup, no quarter given nor asked, I anticipate a true battle, nothing left on the court for either. Fulwiley is without a capable defender on LSU, if she is on her game she is the difference.SC will beat LSU badly we had to play like crap to lose to them. I will say 15 point SC win.
I hope it is a larger spread against LSU. I fear the game against Tennessee much more than this one. Tennessee is going to be that 'infamous' match up nightmare and it's at Thompson Boling.....??? Not a place you want to play. First off...there is Oklahoma today. Not a cake walk by any means. If I was predicting the score today I would go with something like 79-72 SC, I may adjust that after tomorrow’s games. Certainly LSU has no player at her position capable of guarding her outside of F Johnson, and they will seek to prevent that matchup to keep Johnson out of foul trouble if possible. Whomever guards Fulwiley will collect fouls, it’s the nature of trying to guard her. . LSU needs Johnson more than SC needs Fulwiley to win this one, that’s my take. So Fulwiley may go off.
Saxton started all 37 games both her 4th and 5th years at SC, and started 30 of 31 games her junior year. She started 105 games in her career.Amihere nor Saxton were starters at South Carolina. They were bench players with the exception of Amihere at 6'4" starting at point guard for a few games when Henderson was injured. They were both bench players their entire time at South Carolina with that one exception for a few games with Amihere. Those are facts.
I went back to fact check you....and you are correct. I didn't realize she started so many games. I had my facts wrong on that one. She was still a surprise draft pick. Thanks for setting me straight.Saxton started all 37 games both her 4th and 5th years at SC, and started 30 of 31 games her junior year. She started 105 games in her career.
I think JuJu is going to try to takeover the game soon with solo stuff. IU playing good defense, but a storm may be coming
Very beatable team if you come to play more than we did that day. Florida probably won't win today, but in that quarter they were getting on the boards and not allowing Morrow any offensive rebounds.LSU opened 7-0 in the first quarter. Florida adjusted and now leads 21-15 after one. LSU is definitely a very beatable team despite their undefeated record.
